Return Policy:
Intimate Deli values you as a customer. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, simply return your items for a refund
or exchange. We cannot refund shipping fees. Items must be returned within 15 days, in their
original condition and original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any
way. All returns must be
sent prepaid and with our authorization. Due to health and safety concerns clothing
that is soiled, worn, damaged, or
laundered can not be taken back. All returns must have all original tags in
place and there is no warranty once the tags
are removed. All sales are final on the following items: undergarments including
panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, pasties,
pastie glue.
All Returns Must be Accompanied by an Return Authorization. Items not marked
with a return number will be refused.
Email us for the Return
Authorization. Send your name, address and telephone number, the order number, the
item number
and description of the item you would like to return as well as the reason for
returning. Use the original (or similar) box.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held
responsible for lost packages. All
refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of
receipt of the original merchandise.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow
sufficient time for the credit to appear
on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you
